Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1: Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between AHUKINI Swimwear and any person making a purchase on the ahukini-swimwear.com website.
Article 2: Products and prices
The products offered are swimsuits/dresses and accessories from the AHUKINI brand, subject to available stock.
Prices are indicated in Pacific Francs (XPF) or Euros (€). AHUKINI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 3: Order and payment
The customer confirms their order by filling their cart and proceeding with secure online payment.
Payment is made by credit card via the secure payment gateway integrated into the website.
Article 4: Delivery and distribution
French Polynesia
Products are delivered throughout French Polynesia.
For Tahiti, deliveries are made by hand delivery by appointment.
For the islands, shipments are made by post or freight, within a maximum period of 7 days.

Metropolitan France
Products intended for Metropolitan France are shipped directly from our stock located in France, with a maximum delivery time of 15 days.
Delivery fees are set at a flat rate of €5.90 and are free from €150 of purchase.
Article 5: Right of withdrawal and returns
For obvious hygiene reasons, returned swimwear must be completely new, unworn, unwashed, with its labels and hygienic protection intact.
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or refund.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Article 6: Applicable law
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to the law applicable in French Polynesia.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
